Bruno DELHAYE is active in the field of commercial and business law, contracts, including international contracts, M&A and corporate law, in particular Joint-Ventures.
He started at the Brussels Bar as a trainee within Allen & Overy in Brussels, from 2003 to 2006, and then became in-house counsel, for 12 years, within Telindus (Proximus), Total and Ontex.
During these years, he developped a strong and extended experience in the filed of contracts, in particular international contracts, and Joint-Ventures in Belgium and abroad (Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, France, Thaïland, the Netherlands). He is familiar to the functioning and needs of Belgian and multinational companies, including listed companies.
He also acts occasionnaly as seconded interim legal counsel.
Graduated in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) and business law (bedrijfsrecht) from the Universiteit Gent (UGent), he also holds a master degree in management (major finance) from the Solvay Business School (SBS).
